Deposit and cancellation policy
High Season – Reservations for the upcoming year 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, and the balance 90 days prior to arrival. Payment in full is required when making a reservation after January 1. Up to 50% is refundable up to 90 days before check-in (check your reservation cancellation policy). No credit is given for no-shows, unused nights or early departures.
Low Season – Payment in full is required when making a reservation.
Other details
Taxes – The 5% GST and 8% Hotel Tax are not included in the rates quoted.
Payment – Visa, Mastercard, Interac and Paypal are all accepted.
Additional persons – may be added to the maximum allowed each cottage at the cost of $90.00 per person per night. Some restrictions apply please call in advance to confirm additional occupancy.
Moorage – Moorage for guests is available on our private dock w/fresh water (no power or sewage) $2.00 Cdn/per foot, per night. Moorage is also available for transient boaters when dock space is available. Please select that you need moorage and the enter the length of your boat when you make your reservation.
Charters – fishing, whale watching, eco tours, guided kayaking. Contact us for rates and details.
Kayaks, Canoes, Standup Paddleboards – are available to rent on site. Contact us for rates and details.
Smoking – outside, on the porches only.
Pets – We normally accept pets in the low season. Conditions apply. Inquire when making reservations.
Access – access to Woods End Landing is by boat only. Vehicles are parked at East Bamfield and guests take the locally operated water taxi across Bamfield Inlet to Woods End Landing this is a 3 minute ride. The property is not wheelchair accessible and may be difficult for those with physical disabilities.
